FYI:  The moon homework sheet is due this Friday (2/1).  There will also be a quiz on Friday (2/1) over the following:  New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, Waxing Crescent, Waning Crescent, Waxing Gibbous, Waning Gibbous, and Last Quarter or Third Quarter.  Students will need to label a diagram on these phases and be able to describe the differences between waxing and waning.  Thanks!!

Also, we began our research project today on animals.  Students will be given time in class, but can also work on it at home.  Be sure to read the information packet carefully.  It should answer most of your questions.  Due dates are also included in the packet to help you plan ahead. :-)
